In it, you include things that you accomplished well (such as a good piece of writing, a good business deal, a bonus check stub, etc) or things that just make you feel better about yourself (pictures that lift your spirit, funny comic strips, dried flowers that hold value for you, etc). Every time you're feeling down and out, pull it out and look at it.
